1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Adoreable Scents (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity booking our mobile bespoke perfumery services (“Client,” “you”). By paying a deposit or signing our booking agreement, you agree to be bound completely by these terms.

2. Booking, Deposits, and Payment Terms

  • Securing a Date: To secure a specific date and time for a mobile perfume station (Weddings, Baby Showers, Corporate, or Hen Parties), the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted package fee. No booking is officially confirmed until this deposit is cleared in our bank account.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. If the final balance is not received by the due date, Adoreable Scents reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately and retain the initial deposit.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: For any events booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required immediately upon booking.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your event booking, you must submit a written cancellation request to hello@adoreablescents.co.uk.

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit only.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will require payment of 100% of the total booking fee, as we procure raw materials and allocate staff exclusively for your date.

  • Rescheduling: Requesting a date change is subject to our availability. A rescheduling fee of £50 will apply if changes are requested within 14 days of the event date.

  • Company Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that Adoreable Scents must cancel due to extreme emergencies, severe illness, or Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, national emergencies), our liability is limited to a full 100% refund of all monies paid by the client, including the deposit.

4. Venue Requirements & Client Responsibilities

For our mobile perfumery station to operate safely and effectively, the Client must ensure the venue meets the following conditions:

  • Space & Set-Up: Provision of a clean, stable, and level surface/table area in a well-ventilated space.

  • Power & Lighting: Reliable access to standard electrical power outlets and adequate lighting at the designated station area.

  • Access: The venue must allow our staff access for setup at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the experience, as well as adequate time for pack-down after the event concludes.

  • Guest Supervision: For events involving minors (e.g., teenagers’ birthdays or family gatherings), a parent or adult legal guardian must be present at all times to supervise.

5. Code of Conduct and On-Site Safety

Adoreable Scents maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, aggressive, or inappropriately disruptive behavior.

  • Our staff reserves the absolute right to shut down the perfume station and exit the venue immediately if they are subjected to harassment, verbal abuse, or physical threats by the Client or any of the guests.

  • In such an event, no refunds will be issued, and the full contract price remains payable.

6. Modifications to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to update our service packages, ingredient offerings, and general pricing structures at any time without prior notice. However, prices for confirmed bookings with paid deposits are fully locked in and will not be altered.
